About Us

The leadership at Trazo comes from a couple of different industries, which have allowed us to see things differently and think out of the box. At Trazo, we firmly believe that Good Design is Good Business. Part of the vast experience of the leadership is in the Hospitality business delivering state-of-the-art hotels local and international. Our design expertise also covers the residential and public areas.
How many times have you stayed at a hotel and feel that you never want to leave the room, lobby, lounge, etc.? This is the result of paying close attention to details, but most importantly, focusing on the individual's experience of the space and uniqueness of the architecture. We also understand budgets, so we always strive to deliver good design within the budget. Our leadership also has extensive experience managing projects large and small and from different industries, giving us another set of tools to resolve management or construction challenges creatively. If you want to live in a space that feels like a permanent vacation, Trazo can deliver your dreams.

The presentations encourage them to continue their higher education. Given their similar backgrounds, he hopes they can relate and be inspired to do great things in their future architectural endeavor.
In 2004 I decided to venture into the construction business. I left my engineering job and embarked in a different direction, construction. I started out with small projects, mostly bathrooms and kitchen renovations. I learned a lot quickly and started doing small restaurant renovations, additions and whole house renovations in the DC area. I then decided to try out the commercial side, so I partnered up with a General Contractor and worked on much larger projects such as Forever 21, Barnes and Noble and many 7-Eleven's in Northern Virginia.
After working on personal construction projects for several years, I have teamed up with a great group of like-minded, ambitious construction and design professionals to do projects that have quality, beauty, and efficiency in mind for all of our clients.
