At TRAZO Design, our work goes far beyond creating beautiful renderings.
Every project begins with investigation, strategy, and a deep understanding of zoning, massing, circulation, and function.
For this project, we developed a full BZA submission package focused on maximizing the site potential while maintaining efficient floor plates, preserving a single-stair con- figuration, and avoiding the need for an elevator.
Throughout the process, design remained the priority — carefully studying architec- tural hierarchy, proportions, light, and spatial experience while coordinating with city reviewers, consultants, and pricing teams.
Great architecture balances beauty, functionality, and technical precision.
